上周末的感恩节餐酒搭配心得分享:
我想没有一位讲师会自己早上五点多开始翻来覆去起床开始做当天要上课的感恩节餐点。打着哈欠,配合着超级小火帮蜜汁火腿上糖色。手指食物与起司盘小心的搭配着美感与平衡,火鸡肉饼与盘煎五色蔬菜与快炒海鲜,在红白酒的搭配也是直接被说,这是不用餐就可以搭配的酒啊!唯独甜点是店里商品完美的搭配了Tawany Port.忘了跟大家说,那天香槟是一人一瓶来着的,有没有很疼学生?我只看到学生满意的脸与笑声,我的疲劳也消除了一半。我爱我的工作,也爱我学生的笑容。
Students' Smiles: A Memorable Thanksgiving food and wine pairing experience
I don’t think any educator would wake up at 5 AM, tossing and turning, to start preparing the Thanksgiving meal for the class that day. Yawning, I carefully worked on glazing the honey ham over a very low heat. I meticulously arranged the food and cheese platter with an eye for beauty and balance, then prepared turkey patties with pan-seared multicolored vegetables and stir-fried seafood. The wine pairings of red and white were so well received, someone even said, “These wines are so good, you could enjoy them without even having the meal!” The only thing I didn‘t prepare myself was the dessert, which perfectly paired with Tawany Port from the store. Oh, and I forgot to mention—each student had their own bottle of champagne! How sweet is that, right? All I saw were satisfied faces and laughter from my students, and half of my exhaustion disappeared. I love my job, and I love seeing my student's smile.
